Very bright apartment in the residential area of Giarre, a stone's throw from the center and 200 meters from the supermarket. The apartment is enriched by various terracotta and ceramic masterpieces by well-known local artists, some of which can be purchased.
Dedicated fiber optic internet connection at 140Mbps (tested with fast.com). each room is equipped with a physical LAN connection and a portable wireless access point in order to have maximum power locally in each room. The structure is suitable for teleworking holidays.

Public parking always available, the garage of the house, located under the apartment, is also available to guests.
The house is located 100 meters from the Chico Mendez Park excellent leisure destination for the little ones because of its equipped playground and the well-stocked kiosk bar.
